  1. 🚚 Shipping Deadline Guarantee:
    If a seller does not ship your item within 5 days of purchase, please contact DrawBack Support. We will assist you in obtaining a full refund.
  2. 💳 Payment Security:
    We hold your payment securely until you confirm delivery. After you mark your order as received, we release the payment to the seller. This process ensures every transaction is safe, verified, and fair.
  3. 🎱 Item Quality Assurance:
    If your item is not as described, arrives damaged, or is missing key details, our buyer-seller protection ensures you receive exactly what you paid for. There are no surprises and no excuses.

💼 How Protection Works for Sellers

Your listings and reputation are essential. DrawBack’s Seller Protection safeguards honest, verified sellers against misuse or false claims.

  • Items that have been used or modified after delivery are not eligible for return, unless otherwise stated in your listing.
  • Maintain clear visual records, such as photos or videos, from listing through shipment to support your sale in the event of a dispute.
  • All transactions must occur within the DrawBack platform to remain covered.

🔒 What’s Covered by DrawBack Buyer-Seller Protection

You are protected in the following situations:

  • The item differs from the listing or has undisclosed damage unrelated to shipping.
  • The item doesn’t match the description or specifications provided.
  • The item does not arrive after payment is confirmed.
  • The item arrives damaged due to poor packaging or the seller's negligence.
  • The item is significantly different from the photos or product description.

In summary, if your purchase does not meet the promised conditions, DrawBack will support you.

🚫 What’s Not Covered:

  • Items prohibited by DrawBack marketplace policies or applicable laws.
  • Dissatisfaction due to changes in the buyer’s personal preferences after purchase.
  • Parts that do not meet the buyer’s intended use because of incorrect measurements or calculations by the buyer, such as a shaft that does not fit a cue or a pocket on a table.
  • Purchases made using payment systems outside of the secure DrawBack platform.
  • Wheels that have been modified, used, or installed after delivery and inspection.
  • Items reported as stolen after delivery has been confirmed and receipt acknowledged.
  • Issues reported more than three days after the item is marked as delivered and received.

If you experience an issue with your order, please follow these steps to receive prompt assistance:

  1. Within three days of receiving your item, open a dispute with the seller through DrawBack or contact support@drawbackbilliards.com.
  2. If the seller does not respond within 48 hours or if no resolution is reached, our team will review your case.
  3. You may be asked to provide evidence, such as photos or communication logs, for review.
  4. If your claim is approved, DrawBack will issue a full refund once the item is returned and proof of return shipping is received.

We carefully review all cases and reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet our protection criteria or lack sufficient evidence.
