Does DrawBack Billiards have a mobile app I can download?
No, not at this time. However, the website is mobile-friendly and cross-browser equipped, meaning that it should function very similarly to a mobile app when visiting DrawBackBilliards.com on any web browser using any mobile device. We recommend Google Chrome because of its reliability and security.

How much will I pay in fees to sell on DrawBack Billiards?
Creating a listing to sell items or merchandise is free. You only pay once the transaction is complete, at which time a commission fee of 7.5% will be deducted before final payout.
How long does it take to receive payment?
Payment will take 7-10 days to be directly deposited into your Stripe account.

How do returns work for buyers on DrawBack Billiards?
Since DrawBack Billiards consists of independent sellers who manage their own shops, we recommend you first review the listing's Payment & Returns section to confirm the return policy on your purchase. If you are within the appropriate return window, message the seller directly with documentation of any issues and submit a refund request.
All purchases on the site are backed by DrawBack Billiards Buyer Protection, so if your seller does not respond within 24 hours, contact DrawBack Billiards Support for further assistance.
Why was I charged tax on my order?
For US Buyers: State sales tax will be charged on applicable orders with a shipping destination in these states. This is not something DrawBack Billiards put in place independently - all online marketplaces are required to follow these laws, and, is not something DrawBack Billiards is able to opt-out of.

For EU Buyers: DrawBack Billiards began collecting import VAT on physical goods under €150 that are shipped to the EU from outside the country.
For items under €150, the DrawBack Billiards listing price includes the import VAT amount, making it easy to understand how much you will pay for your item at a glance. This VAT is automatically collected from the buyer at the time of purchase, then sent to local tax authorities.
For UK Buyers: As of January 1, 2021, DrawBack Billiards is required to collect VAT from buyers on orders that meet the following criteria:
The buyer is located in the UK. The goods are dispatched from outside the UK. The total value of the package (excluding delivery) is less than or equal to £135. After the buyer completes payment for their DrawBack Billiards order, VAT has been paid in full, and no additional VAT payments are required. For Australian Buyers: DrawBack Billiards is required to collect GST from buyers on orders that meet the following criteria:
The buyer is located in Australia. The goods are dispatched from outside Australia. The total value of the package (excluding delivery) is less than or equal to $1,000 AUD. For amounts higher than 1,000 AUD, GST and any other taxes may be charged and collected at the border.
DrawBack Billiards doesn’t collect GST when the goods are located in Australia. After the buyer completes payment for their DrawBack Billiards order, GST has been paid in full, and no additional GST payments are required.
Can I finance purchases on DrawBack Billiards?
No, not at this time. However, this is something we're working to potentially integrate into DrawBack payment systems.
How can I change the shipping address on my purchase?
Quick answer
After you purchase an item, changes to United States addresses can only be made if the zip code and state match what was provided on the original order. If you need to change your address to a different zip code, jump to the Changing a shipping address to one with a different postal code section.
Due to state sales tax requirements, DrawBack Billiards will need to manually update address information.

Message the seller right away to ensure the item is not shipped to the incorrect address. Once the seller is notified and has approved the changes, contact DrawBack Billiards Support with the order number and information on the address changes. DrawBack Billiards Support will update your shipping address. Submit a refund request with the reason Change shipping address.
After the seller has fully refunded the original order, contact DrawBack Billiards support. Make sure to provide us with the order number and the new shipping address for the order. We will recreate the original order at the same price, and the new order will automatically appear on your Purchases page. Once we confirm the order has been recreated, head back to your Cart to resubmit payment and enter the correct shipping address. When using Apple Pay, Android Pay, or PayPal via DrawBack Billiards Payments, the shipping address they have on file will automatically be applied to your DrawBack Billiards order. You will need to edit this information within their platform directly before submitting payment on DrawBack Billiards. In the event you have already placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, please contact DrawBack Billiards Support.
How am I protected if I do not receive an item or the item I receive is not as described?

All purchases on the site are backed by our DrawBack Billiards Buyer Protection. If anything arrives damaged or not as described, contact the seller or DrawBack Billiards within 7 days of delivery with photos and/or videos of the issues. We always recommend contacting the seller first, as the majority of issues are resolved between buyers and sellers.
Contact my seller If anything arrives damaged or not as described, follow the steps below: Gather photos and videos of any issues once they are encountered, and message the seller on DrawBack Billiards with that information. ᐧ If the item arrived damaged, hold on to any packaging materials and the box it arrived in. ᐧ Do not attempt to make any further modifications, as this will waive your buyer protection. Request a refund on the order. 🕑 Allow the seller 24 hours to respond to this request. Once approved, ship the item back to the seller (unless a partial refund or other arrangements were discussed). Once the item is back in the seller's possession, your refund should be initiated in 48 hours. If the seller remains unresponsive to your messages and refund requests after 24 hours, you can contact DrawBack Billiards Support to step in and assist. For purchases that arrive as described or a refund is requested after the 7-day window expires, the seller’s individual return policy determines your eligibility for a refund. Can I make an international purchase?
Getting a piece of gear shipped from outside of your country for the first time may seem like a stressful experience. Not to fret, DrawBack Billiards has you covered! This article explains what you need to help make this experience go smoothly and focus on playing your new gear. Jump to a section: How much will shipping cost? What shipping carrier will be used? Can I get the import fees refunded? Will I have to pay a currency conversion fee? The shipping process How much will shipping cost? Most sellers have their international shipping rates noted directly on the listing page itself. It is always recommended to message the seller before you purchase to confirm the costs based on your specific location. This is especially important if you prefer a certain carrier to be used, as the rates may vary.
What shipping carrier will be used? A good first step is to check the Payments & Returns tab on the listing itself. This is where the seller would specify which carrier they use. Not listed? Send a quick message to the seller to inquire about this using the Message Seller button.
If you do not have any preferred shipping carrier that you discuss with the seller, the carrier used will be decided by the seller.
Tip: Be aware that, albeit a valid option for domestic shipping, postal services (USPS (US), Canada Post (CAD), Royal Mail (UK), La Poste/Colissimo/Chronopost (FR), Poste Italiane (IT), etc) are not international carriers and would forward your order to another postal service when your shipment is crossing borders. This includes shipments within the EU. When possible, with your seller's agreement, favor a specialized international service for these benefits:
Avoid the stress of long shipping. Ensure that you will have access to reliable tracking and delivery proof. Obtain a faster customs clearance. Benefit from a careful handling of packages with fragile items. Have access to an efficient customer support to locate parcels and process claims in case there is any delay. In that respect, UPS or FedEx tend to show the best results. Where is my package? Once you have paid for your order and your seller has uploaded tracking information within DrawBack Billiards, you will be notified via email that your order has been shipped. This information will also be available via your Purchases page. You can use this page to keep track of your parcel.
What should I do if the tracking information is unclear? Depending on the shipping carrier used by the seller, the tracking link may not redirect you to the carrier tracking itself. You can go to the carrier site directly and search the provided tracking number to see if that provides a result or use this convenient universal tracker to retrieve information associated with your tracking number. If there is still any confusion, the first thing you will want to do is message the seller directly.

Why did my seller ask me for my Tax ID number? Some international carriers that provide door-to-door shipping service require sellers to enter the buyer's identification number for customs clearance. Learn more about these requirements from US Customs and UPS.
Import fees & currency conversion Will I pay import fees? If your shipping address is located outside the seller’s border-based trade entity (e.g. EU import of US items), you will be subject to import duties and taxes. These costs are not included in your DrawBack Billiards order and will be billed to you by the transporter during the customs clearance process or upon delivery.

Important to note:
Paying import duties and taxes are a legal requirement for all transactions taking place outside your border-based trade entity Failure to declare the correct value of your item in the Import Form exposes you to i) a return to sender, ii) a delayed import and possibly a confiscation, iii) an erroneous billing which would be impossible to dispute without declaring the true value of your order's item DrawBack Billiards would not be able to fully protect you as a buyer if the delivery fails due to a wrongful value declaration at your request or with your consent. What if I return an item? Can I get the import fees refunded? In the event you are sending your item back to your seller and they have approved a return, you can inquire to the transporter who charged you the custom duties and taxes about the possibility of having those refunded.

Will I have to pay a currency conversion fee? If you are purchasing from a shop that lists their items in a currency other than yours, there will be a foreign currency conversion rate applied. The conversion rate is the result of the base exchange rate and the conversion fee.
To decide how the conversion rate will apply to your DrawBack Billiards purchase, you have 2 options:
Complete the purchase with your primary currency. DrawBack Billiards is the one who will apply the conversion rate (conversion fees around 4-5%) and this will reflect on your order and during the offer process. Select your currency filter to match the seller's currency and complete the purchase. If you go this route, it will be your bank who will apply the conversion rate. You can contact your bank directly to inquire about their rate.
How long do I have to pay for my DrawBack Billiards purchase?
Quick answer Once your offer is accepted, DrawBack Billiards asks that you submit payment within 72 hours.
Orders that are not paid within 72 hours may be canceled by DrawBack Billiards. Buyers who repeatedly do not pay may be subject to account suspension.
Once paid, the seller is required to supply a tracking number to the order within 3 business days, at which point you'll receive an email notification with a link to track your package.
If you have an unpaid order you need to submit payment for, just head to your Purchases page in the "Buying" section of your DrawBack Billiards account, or click on your Unpaid Orders notification in the upper right-hand corner of the site.
If you need more time to submit payment, you should contact the seller to inform them of the requested extension and any additional information. Once they are notified, contact DrawBack Billiards support to extend the payment deadline.
My package is delayed or lost, what should I do next?
As fellow pool players, we know that waiting for your equipment to arrive can bring anticipation and questions on when to reach out to DrawBack Billiards or the shipping carrier to file a claim. The majority of packages are delivered to their final destination albeit some delays in scans and extended shipping times.
When should I reach out? For domestic shipments, we would ask that you wait 7 days from the last carrier scan to reach out to DrawBack Billiards. For international shipments, we would ask that you wait 14 days from the last carrier scan to reach out to DrawBack Billiards.
The timelines above are when we can file lost package claims with the shipping carriers on shipping labels purchased on DrawBack Billiards, so please make sure to only reach out after the above times are met.
If the seller is in the EU or UK and purchased a shipping label through our partner, Packlink, a claim must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment's collection/drop-off date. Read more information on Packlink's shipping claim timelines here.
If a non-DrawBack Billiards shipping label was used on your order, the seller will need to contact the carrier directly. If you are the buyer, contact your seller directly to get this process started.
