Is my data secure?
Yes, your data is secure and protected by multiple security measures and protocols. All purchases are processed by credit card using encryption. DrawBack Billiards never requests or stores your bank information. Deposits are sent directly to your Stripe account, which is linked to your DrawBack Billiards account. Stripe is a global payments leader and holds the highest industry certification. We are committed to privacy and security at every stage.
Is off-platform communication with other users allowed?
No. Off-platform communication is not permitted and may lead to removal from DrawBack Billiards. Remaining on-platform protects all parties, supports buyer protection, and ensures safe, secure, documented transactions.
Does DrawBack Billiards have a mobile app I can download?
No, a mobile app is not available at this time. However, the website is mobile-friendly and works well on any device or browser. For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome for its reliability and security.
Can the shipping cost be calculated or the label purchased during checkout?
No, not at this time. Currently, listing authors can set a fixed shipping fee and an additional fee for extra items. To estimate shipping costs, we recommend using one of these third-party websites:

What are the fees for selling on DrawBack Billiards?
Listing items for sale is free. A 9.9% commission, with a minimum of 99 cents, is deducted from a seller's payout when a transaction is completed.
How do I connect my Stripe account to receive payouts?
Go to Account Settings, select Payout Details, enter your information, and click the ‘Get verified’ button in the ‘Complete verification to receive payments’ prompt.
When will I receive my payment?
Payments are deposited into your Stripe account within 7-10 business days.
Why do I need to connect a Stripe account?
Stripe handles all seller payouts on DrawBack Billiards. Please connect your bank account through Stripe before publishing a listing to ensure you receive payments. This one-time setup securely links your banking information for future transactions.
What happens if I don't finish creating a listing?
If you start a listing but do not complete it, it will be saved as a draft. You can return at any time by going to Your Listings, selecting Drafts, and clicking Edit Listing to continue.
How can I update a listing’s price?
Select Your Listings from the drop-down menu. Locate your listing and click Edit Listing. In the Pricing section, enter the new price and click Save Pricing.
How do I close my listing?
Click your profile photo in the top right corner, navigate to My Listings, and select 'Mark as Sold' for the listing you wish to close.
Am I required to offer shipping?
No. You can offer local pickup only, shipping only, or both.
What are safe practices for local pickup?
Always meet in public places during daylight hours. Parking at the police station is highly recommended. Be sure to transact through the app—this keeps a record and helps protect you from scams or theft.
FAQ's on Buying
Are there any fees associated with purchasing on DrawBack Billiards?
Yes, a 1.6% commission, with a minimum of 99 cents, is added to a buyer's total before payout.
What payment methods does DrawBack Billiards accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Can I finance purchases on DrawBack Billiards?
No, financing is not currently available. However, we are working to add this option to DrawBack payment systems in the future.
Why was I charged tax on my order?
For US Buyers: State sales tax will be charged on applicable orders with a shipping destination in these states. DrawBack Billiards did not put this in place independently—all online marketplaces are required to follow these laws, and it is not something DrawBack Billiards can opt out of.
For EU Buyers: DrawBack Billiards began collecting import VAT on physical goods under €150 shipped to the EU from outside the country. For items under €150, the DrawBack Billiards listing price includes the import VAT amount, making it easy to understand how much you will pay for your item. This VAT is automatically collected from the buyer at purchase and then sent to local tax authorities.
For UK Buyers: As of January 1, 2021, DrawBack Billiards is required to collect VAT from buyers on orders that meet the following criteria: The buyer is located in the UK. The goods are dispatched from outside the UK. The total value of the package (excluding delivery) is less than or equal to £135. After the buyer completes payment for their DrawBack Billiards order, VAT will be paid in full, and no additional VAT payments will be required. For Australian Buyers: DrawBack Billiards is required to collect GST from buyers on orders that meet the following criteria: The buyer is located in Australia. The goods are dispatched from outside Australia. The total value of the package (excluding delivery) is less than or equal to $1,000 AUD. For amounts higher than 1,000 AUD, GST and any other taxes may be charged and collected at the border. DrawBack Billiards doesn’t collect GST when the goods are located in Australia. After the buyer completes payment for their DrawBack Billiards order, GST will be paid in full, and no additional GST payments will be required.
Can I message a seller before buying?
Yes. Scroll to the bottom of the listing and click 'Contact' in the 'About the listing author' section. This will open a direct conversation with the seller, allowing you to ask questions, negotiate, or request additional photos.
How do I view more listings from a specific seller?
On a listing page, scroll to the bottom and click on the seller's username. This will show you other active and past listings from the same seller.
What should I do if the item I purchase never gets shipped?
Sellers have three business days after your purchase to provide tracking information. If you do not receive tracking within this period, please contact the seller. If the seller does not respond, contact DrawBack Billiards Support for assistance.
What should I do if I receive an item that is damaged or not as described?
Document any issues with photos or videos as soon as you notice them, and promptly message the seller on DrawBack Billiards with this information.
- If the item arrives damaged, retain all packaging materials and the original shipping box.
- Do not modify the item, as this will void your buyer protection.
- Submit a refund request for your order.
- Allow the seller up to 24 hours to respond to your request.
- If your refund is approved, return the item to the seller unless a partial refund or alternative arrangement has been agreed upon.
- After the seller receives the returned item, your refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
- If the seller does not respond to your messages or refund request within 24 hours, please contact DrawBack Billiards Support for assistance.
What is the return process for buyers on DrawBack Billiards?
DrawBack Billiards features independent sellers who set their own return policies. Please review the Payment & Returns section of the listing to confirm the policy for your purchase. If you are within the return window, contact the seller directly with documentation of any issues and submit a refund request.
All purchases are covered by DrawBack Billiards Buyer Protection. If the seller does not respond within 24 hours, please contact DrawBack Billiards Support for assistance.
How can I mark an item as received?
Once your item arrives, open your inbox, locate the transaction, and select "Mark as Received." Please inspect the item before confirming receipt and report any issues prior to marking it as received.

How the Inbox page works
When logged in, users can access the inbox link in the top bar's right corner on desktop or in the top left menu on mobile.
- The Inbox page features two tabs in the left sidebar: one for customer transactions and one for listing author or provider transactions.
- The Inbox page displays all your past and ongoing transactions as a customer or provider. Transactions may include bookings, purchases, or message inquiries, depending on your listing type settings.
The Inbox page has three sorting options:
- Newest: Shows transactions sorted by their creation date, from newest to oldest.
- Latest message: This option displays transactions with messages first, sorted by the most recent message date. Transactions without messages appear later and are sorted by creation date.
- Latest status change: Shows transactions sorted by their status update date, from newest to oldest.
